Welcome

I have thought about writing a blog for a long time. Im going to take today to explain where things began for me. When I was learning to read, I progressed rapidly. I could sit down with a Judy Blume book and read it in the course of a few hours.

I was the girl who spent their summers doing read-a-thons and studying for spelling bees. There weren't many of my friends that would walk around with one eye looking at the book and the other watching where I was going.

As I got older my interests moved over toward the horror genre. I think Cujo was the first horror story I had ever read and I fell in love with the intensity. Forever terrified of St Bernards yet comforted by Tads line "Over, done with, gone." I use it often.
